The website is an enquiry catalogue. A WhatsApp message is a request for information, not an automatically accepted order. We confirm the exact product or service, condition, specifications, price, availability and any delivery charge before you agree to proceed.
Prices & payment
Product prices are currently provided on enquiry. We accept card, EFT and cash. Payment arrangements are confirmed with you before an order is accepted. Never send card details or account passwords through a website enquiry or WhatsApp message.
New & pre-owned products
We sell new and used devices. Please confirm the item’s exact condition, included accessories and any item-specific warranty before purchase. No general manufacturer or extra product warranty is promised unless confirmed for that item. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
Repairs & service work
Repairs, installations, diagnostics and servicing are subject to our Repair Policy, including deposits for ordered parts, the consultation fee for an unrepairable device, data backup responsibilities and warranty conditions.
Trade-ins & device sales
Offers are subject to device inspection, eligibility and proof of ownership. An initial estimate is not a final offer. The agreed offer and handover arrangements are confirmed before the transaction proceeds.
Delivery & collection
Nationwide delivery or courier can be arranged. Charges and estimated timing depend on the item and destination and are confirmed before you order. See Delivery & Returns for more information.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights under applicable South African law. Contact us if you experience a problem so we can assess it and arrange the appropriate remedy.
